Technical Sales Specialist (North Texas)

D.W. Distribution, an SBP brand, is currently hiring for a Technical Sales Specialist to support our North Texas region. The Technical Sales Specialist is responsible for educating, training, and onboarding our dealers on our digital platforms with the goal of growing digital engagement and sales. The ideal candidate would need to reside in Dallas or Northern TX area. This will be a hybrid position, coming into the office 1-2 times a week and traveling in the field 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and grow customer relationships with face-to-face and virtual interactions.
• Educate and train our dealers on our digital platforms.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and Account Management teams to accomplish key business initiatives utilizing our digital assets with the goal of growing digital engagement and sales.
• Track and report your efforts while suggesting areas of interest from dealer interactions.
• Participate and assist in strategic projects related to expanding the digital sales channel as we work to grow digital engagement and sales.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and logically to troubleshoot technical issues.
• The capacity to adapt to changing technology landscapes and business requirements.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.

 Education and Experience

• College degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
